First excavated over 100 years ago TayLP are returning to excavate the impressive timber laced fort that once stood near Abernethy. Local volunteers are welcome to help with the excavations and discover more of the story of this important site.

Any special requirements: There is a short and steep uphill walk to the dig site. You will be bending, kneeling, digging, scraping, turf cutting, shovelling and moving earth throughout the day.
