Abernethy Historic Building Grants
The Tay Landscape Partnership, a Heritage Lottery funded project, is happy to announce the launch of a small pot of funds available to building owners in the Abernethy Conservation area. This Historic Building Repair grant scheme can offer private home and shop owners up to 50% of eligible costs (up to £5000) towards the cost of building work. The property needs to be a traditional building within the Abernethy Village Conservation Area, and be in line with the schemes eligible criteria.

As part of protecting our important built heritage and ensuring adequate repairs are undertaken the TayLP will have a building repair grant scheme for mudwall buildings in Errol too.
This Historic Building Repair grant scheme can offer private home and shop owners up to 50% of eligible costs (up to £5000) towards the cost of building work. The property needs to be a traditional mudwall building within the Errol Village Conservation Area, and be in line with the schemes eligible criteria.
