Historic Buildings

Many of us live and work in or around historic buildings…

They form the bones of our cities, towns and villages.

Help us conserve and protect our important building heritage with conservation repairs, traditional building skills, recording, promotion and education.

Have you heard about the nationally important mudwall buildings of Errol? Are you keen to learn a new skill in recording, conserving or repairing traditional buildings? Our area contains a variety of important architecture and historic buildings, from medieval churches to mudwall farm buildings, many of which need some special attention to ensure they survive for future generations to enjoy.

The Tay Landscape Partnership Area

The Tay Landscape stretches from Newburgh on the south side of the Tay Estuary around to Perth and along the Carse to Dundee.

The project, a £2.6 million initiative is principally funded by Heritage Lottery Fund, will enable locals and visitors to reconnect with the natural, built and cultural heritage of the area.
